Questline LLC

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Questline collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you browse, subscribe, customize a piece, place an order, or track a build.

Version 2026-07-19.3 · Last updated July 19, 2026

1. Scope

Questline LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to Questline, LLC at https://questlinellc.com and the store, customization, account, mailing-list, checkout, and build-tracking features available through it.

It does not govern websites, payment services, carriers, social platforms, or other services operated by companies Questline does not control. Review their privacy notices before submitting information to them.

2. Information we collect

Orders and checkout

When you place an order, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, selected items, order value, shipping choice, transaction status, and related customer-service communications.

Customization and fit

For wearable or customized pieces, we collect the options and measurements you provide, such as head circumference, fit size, finish, lining, add-ons, and build notes. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary to make or deliver your item.

Accounts and build tracking

If you create an account or use build tracking, we may store account credentials in protected form, order identifiers, item details, production stage, progress notes, and progress photographs associated with the order. Public build-queue views are designed to use limited order references rather than full customer contact or payment details.

Mailing list and messages

If you subscribe or contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your email address, name, message, reference materials, and communication preferences. The newsletter service may also record subscription source and status, timestamps, delivery or bounce events, and message opens, link clicks, or unsubscribe events when those features are enabled.

If reference materials or build notes identify another person, please submit them only when you have permission and they are reasonably necessary for the request.

Technical information

Our website and hosting systems may automatically record information needed to operate and secure the site, including IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referral URL, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs.

Payment information

Payments are completed through the payment option shown at checkout. Full payment-card details are submitted to the selected payment provider under its own privacy policy and are not intentionally stored by Questline. We receive transaction details needed to confirm and manage the order, such as payment status, amount, and a payment reference.

3. Sources of information

We collect personal information:

  • directly from you when you browse, subscribe, contact us, create an account, customize a piece, place an order, or request support;
  • automatically from your browser or device through necessary cookies, local storage, hosting logs, and security systems; and
  • from service providers involved in a transaction, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, fraud-prevention services, and WooCommerce extensions.

Questline does not purchase personal-information profiles from data brokers.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • prepare quotes and respond to questions;
  • process payments, fulfill orders, calculate taxes and shipping, and provide order support;
  • size, customize, build, photograph, and ship commissioned or collection pieces;
  • provide order and build-progress updates;
  • operate customer accounts and prevent fraud or misuse;
  • send mailing-list updates when you have requested them;
  • maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website; and
  • comply with accounting, tax, legal, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer information for third-party behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies and local browser storage that are necessary for functions such as maintaining a shopping cart, remembering checkout or account sessions, protecting forms, and preserving site preferences. Our hosting and security services may also use technical identifiers to detect abuse and keep the site available.

Remotely hosted fonts or similar embedded resources may receive basic request information such as your IP address, browser headers, and the page requesting the resource. Questline does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or customer information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can restrict cookies through your browser, but blocking required cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, account, subscription, or build-tracking features from working correctly.

Browsers may send a "Do Not Track" signal, but there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting it. Because Questline does not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, the site does not take a separate action in response to that signal. Where applicable law requires recognition of a universal opt-out mechanism such as Global Privacy Control, Questline will honor it for covered sale or targeted-advertising processing; there is no such processing to opt out of at this time.

6. How information is disclosed

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business and complete your request, including to:

  • website hosting, security, email, newsletter, font or content-delivery, backup, and technical-service providers;
  • the payment provider you select at checkout;
  • shipping carriers and fulfillment services;
  • professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, or legal counsel; and
  • government authorities or other parties when required by law, needed to protect rights and safety, or necessary to investigate fraud.

WooCommerce software is used to manage the cart, checkout, customer, and order records stored on this website. Service providers may process information in other states or countries and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Questline has not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding 12 months. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Order, transaction, customization, shipping, and customer-service records may be retained after fulfillment when needed for warranties, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or we discontinue the list. Technical logs and abandoned-cart or inactive-account data may be deleted or anonymized according to our operational and store-retention settings.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link included in those messages. Transactional messages about an order, account, security issue, or requested service are not marketing messages and may still be sent when necessary.

To access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information associated with you, email info@questlinellc.com with the subject "Privacy Request." Include your name, the email address associated with your account or order, the request you are making, and an order number when relevant. Do not email a password, payment-card number, government identifier, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may need to verify your identity using information already associated with the account or transaction before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request when applicable law permits, but we may require proof of the agent's authority and direct verification with you. Some information may be retained when required for completed transactions, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, warranties, or the establishment and defense of legal claims.

9. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers Questline, you may have rights to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion, subject to legal exceptions;
  • obtain certain information in a portable format;
  • opt out of a sale, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
  • exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

Questline does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use it for targeted advertising, or profile customers in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We will respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to the verified request. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denied request, reply to the decision or email info@questlinellc.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal" and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

10. Security

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information, including encrypted website connections and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Please do not send payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive information through email or customization notes.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for signing out on a shared device. Contact Questline promptly if you believe an account, order, or communication has been accessed without authorization.

11. Children's privacy

The store and its products are intended for adults and are not directed to minors. Orders for a minor must be placed and managed by a parent or legal guardian. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we collected personal information online from a child under 13 without legally sufficient parental authorization, we will delete it as required by law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us using the method below.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store, services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated version and date. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or by email when appropriate. If applicable law requires consent before personal information is used for a materially different purpose, Questline will request that consent.
