Questline LLC
Terms of Sale
These terms govern purchases of made-to-order collection pieces, custom commissions, DIY kits, raw prints, accessories, and related services from Questline LLC.
Version 2026-07-19.2 · Last updated July 19, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Sale form an agreement between the purchaser ("you") and Questline LLC ("Questline," "we," or "us"). By checking the required acceptance box and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Product Safety & Care instructions, and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract, or place the order through a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the purchase and use of the item. Questline products are adult costume props and collectibles, not children's toys.
If a written commission agreement or confirmed custom-order specification conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written agreement controls for that order. Rights that applicable law does not allow either party to waive remain unaffected.
2. Orders, customization, and payment
Your order includes the item, finish, fit, lining, accessories, notes, measurements, price, and shipping information shown in the cart, checkout, order confirmation, and any later written change accepted by Questline. You are responsible for reviewing those details and providing accurate contact, delivery, and measurement information.
An automated acknowledgment does not require Questline to accept an order containing a material pricing, inventory, configuration, or technical error. We may contact you to correct the order or cancel and refund it. We may also decline or cancel work that is unsafe, unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or cannot reasonably be produced.
The configured item total shown before checkout includes the selected piece, options, and all mandatory Questline charges known at that stage. Questline does not add a mandatory service or handling fee later. Government taxes and delivery shipping are excluded from that item total and are calculated and disclosed at checkout. Any later customer-requested change and its price must be accepted in writing before it is added.
Prices are shown in the currency identified at checkout. Payment authorization may be handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.
3. Handmade and made-to-order variation
Questline pieces are produced and finished individually. Paint placement, weathering, texture, color, hardware placement, feathering, leather, print seams, and other handmade details may vary from renders, photographs, prototypes, and other copies of the same design. Screen settings and lighting can also affect perceived color.
Reasonable handmade variation is part of the product and is not a defect. Material departures from the confirmed item, options, measurements, or workmanship standards remain covered by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Production schedules and delays
Unless Questline expressly identifies a date in writing as guaranteed, build windows, queue positions, completion dates, progress stages, and shipment dates are good-faith estimates. Handcrafted production may be delayed by fit or design complications, failed prints, equipment problems, material shortages, illness, severe weather, carrier interruption, or other circumstances that cannot reasonably be prevented.
We will communicate material delays and provide a revised estimate when reasonably possible. If you accept a revised timeline, work will continue under that schedule and the accepted reasonable delay will not, by itself, be treated as a product defect.
If an order cannot ship within a promised timeframe, or within 30 days when no shipment timeframe was stated, Questline will send a delay notice before the applicable deadline. The notice will provide a revised shipment date or state that a date cannot yet be provided, explain the reason when the delay is indefinite, and give you a practical way to consent to the delay or cancel the delayed, unshipped item for a prompt full refund. Any renewed delay will be handled as required by applicable law.
5. Shipping, delivery, and international orders
Shipping charges and available methods are calculated using the delivery address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for an accurate, deliverable address and for promptly reporting any correction. Address changes are not guaranteed after a label is created or a package enters the carrier's network.
You are responsible for checking laws, venue restrictions, carrier rules, and other requirements that apply to possessing or receiving costume props at the destination. International customers are also responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, customs procedures, and destination-country restrictions unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Questline may decline or cancel and refund an order we cannot lawfully or reasonably ship to the destination.
Inspect the item and packaging promptly after delivery. Follow the damage, loss, and incorrect-item procedures in the Refund Policy. Keep the shipping carton and packing materials until any carrier claim is resolved.
6. Changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Most Questline products are made, prepared, sized, or finished for the individual order. The timing and availability of changes, cancellations, returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Do not return an item without written authorization. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Product safety and permitted use
Questline masks, helmets, weapons, tools, and accessories are costume props, display pieces, and collectibles. They are not personal protective equipment, safety helmets, impact-rated equipment, medical devices, or functional weapons. They are not designed for combat, striking, throwing, climbing, driving, operating machinery, or any activity where restricted vision, hearing, breathing, movement, or awareness could cause harm.
Materials vary by design and selected options and may include 3D-printed plastics, resin components, acrylic paints or clear finishes, adhesives, foam, fabric, leather, feathers, beads, magnets, and metal hardware. The product description and confirmed order identify the applicable configuration. Contact Questline before ordering if a particular material presents an allergy, medical, venue, or other concern.
Some products contain magnets, small hardware, or detachable decorative parts. Loose small parts can present a choking hazard. Swallowed magnets can cause serious or fatal internal injuries, especially when more than one magnet or a magnet and metal object are swallowed. If a magnet or small component becomes loose, stop using the item immediately, secure every loose component, and keep the item away from children and pets until repaired.
Wearable pieces may reduce peripheral vision, hearing, ventilation, balance, and mobility. Projections, rigid edges, hardware, and decorative components may catch on people or objects. Use a spotter when appropriate, remove the piece before using stairs or navigating crowds, and never wear it near open flames, extreme heat, traffic, machinery, or other hazardous conditions.
Inspect the item before each use. Stop using it immediately if it becomes damaged, obstructs breathing, causes pain, overheating, dizziness, numbness, skin irritation, or creates an unsafe condition. Keep products away from unsupervised children and pets. You are responsible for using the item safely and obeying venue rules and applicable laws.
Decorative weapon and tool props must be transported, displayed, and used responsibly. Do not brandish them, carry them where prohibited, or represent them as protective or functional weapons.
Read and retain the complete Product Safety & Care instructions. Those instructions are incorporated into these Terms.
8. DIY kits and raw prints
DIY kits are sanded, primed, and prepared for painting and include the listed raw build materials, excluding paint and adhesives. Raw prints are intentionally unfinished and may show layer lines, support marks, seams, overhang artifacts, and unfilled areas that require sanding, filling, assembly, priming, and finishing.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate tools, paint, adhesives, protective equipment, ventilation, and assembly methods. Follow the manufacturers' directions and safety data for all third-party materials. Questline is not responsible for damage, fit changes, finish failure, or injury caused by customer assembly, modification, incompatible materials, misuse, or failure to use reasonable safety precautions.
9. Limited workmanship warranty
Questline warrants that a completed item will materially match the confirmed order and be free from material defects in Questline's workmanship when delivered. Report a claimed defect promptly and provide the order number, description, and clear photographs. Questline may inspect the item and, as appropriate, repair it, replace the affected component or item, authorize a third-party repair, or issue a partial or full refund.
This limited warranty does not cover expected handmade variation, ordinary wear, incorrect customer measurements, accidental damage, impact, misuse, improper storage, excessive heat or moisture, customer alteration, third-party repair, or work performed on DIY kits and raw prints after delivery.
This limited workmanship warranty does not contradict or withdraw an express promise in the confirmed order and is in addition to warranties and remedies that applicable law does not allow Questline to disclaim or restrict. No warranty is made that a costume or display prop is suitable for any prohibited, protective, or functional use described in these Terms.
10. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
You accept the ordinary and disclosed risks of wearing, carrying, displaying, assembling, modifying, and storing the product, including risks created by obstructed senses, reduced movement, projections, rigid materials, tools, paints, adhesives, and misuse. You are responsible for choosing when and where the item can be used safely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential economic loss arising from production delay, misuse, prohibited activity, unauthorized modification, inaccurate customer information, or failure to follow disclosed safety instructions. For claims involving only economic loss, Questline's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item where applicable law permits that limitation.
Nothing in these Terms makes you assume every possible risk or releases Questline from duties that applicable law places on a manufacturer or seller. The economic-loss limitation does not apply to personal injury, property damage, defective products, gross negligence, willful misconduct, breach of a remedy that fails of its essential purpose, or any liability, warranty, or remedy that applicable law prohibits Questline from limiting.
11. Designs, references, and intellectual property
Questline retains all rights in its original designs, sculpts, models, photographs, text, branding, and production files. Purchasing a physical item transfers ownership of that item, not the right to reproduce, scan, mold, manufacture, distribute, or commercially exploit the design.
If you provide artwork, logos, characters, files, or other reference material for custom work, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested project. You are responsible for third-party claims arising specifically from material you supplied or instructed Questline to reproduce. Questline may reject or stop work when ownership or authorization is unclear.
Additional permitted uses, restrictions, and reporting instructions appear in the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
12. Website content and 3D previews
Renders, 3D viewers, photographs, descriptions, estimated dimensions, and finish samples help communicate the design but are not a promise of pixel-for-pixel identity. We make reasonable efforts to keep product, option, price, and availability information accurate and may correct errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
13. Disputes, governing law, and general terms
Please contact Questline first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. These Terms and each purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer law of your location must apply. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction serving Questline's principal place of business, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the policies incorporated above, the confirmed order, and any applicable written commission agreement are the entire agreement concerning the sale.
Questline may revise these Terms for future purchases. The version presented and accepted at checkout governs that order unless both parties agree to a later written change.
