Questline LLC

Copyright & Intellectual Property

This policy explains the permitted use of Questline designs, product artwork, photographs, 3D content, writing, and branding.

Version 2026-07-19.1 · Last updated July 19, 2026

1. Ownership

Unless a page or item says otherwise, Questline LLC owns or is authorized to use the original expression contained in this website and its products, including original sculpts, models, production files, renders, photographs, illustrations, written descriptions, graphics, videos, page design, and other creative content.

Copyright protects original expression where applicable. It does not give Questline ownership of facts, ideas, general themes, functional methods, public-domain material, or material owned by someone else.

2. Permitted personal use

You may browse the website, share links to its public pages, retain ordinary browser-cached copies, and print or save a reasonable copy of your own order records and the legal policies. Owners of Questline products may photograph or record their physical pieces for personal portfolios, costume documentation, reviews, and ordinary noncommercial social-media posts.

These permissions do not transfer ownership of Questline content or grant a license to manufacture, sell, distribute, or create commercial products from a Questline design. Uses independently permitted by applicable law, including fair use where it applies, are not restricted by this policy.

3. Uses requiring written permission

Except as permitted above or by applicable law, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit Questline content without prior written permission. You may not use Questline production files, protected artwork, photographs, renders, or 3D viewer assets to manufacture competing copies or derivative merchandise.

Creating a reproduction through 3D scanning, photogrammetry, molding, casting, tracing, extraction, reverse engineering, or another process does not by itself create permission to manufacture or distribute the underlying protected design. Automated scraping, dataset creation, or model training using nonpublic Questline files or substantial protected site content also requires written permission unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Purchased physical items

Purchasing a physical mask, helmet, prop, tool, weapon, kit, print, or accessory transfers ownership of that particular physical item. It does not transfer copyright in the underlying design, sculpt, artwork, photographs, instructions, or production files.

You may wear, display, photograph, resell, give away, repair, or customize the physical item you own, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Sale. You may not represent an altered item as approved, manufactured, or warranted by Questline after third-party modification.

5. Customer-supplied materials

You retain the rights you hold in sketches, stories, photographs, logos, character references, files, and other materials you provide. You give Questline a limited permission to review, copy, adapt, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to quote, design, manufacture, document, support, or deliver the requested work.

Questline will not use confidential custom references or images of a private commission for unrelated advertising without separate permission. You are responsible for having the rights or authorization needed for materials and instructions you provide.

6. Third-party rights and references

Third-party names, characters, artwork, logos, trademarks, and other material remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance as a reference, compatibility description, customer request, or commentary does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or transfer of ownership to Questline.

Questline may decline, modify, pause, or cancel a request when ownership or authorization is unclear or when completing the request could infringe another person's rights.

7. Questline branding

The Questline name, logo, product names, and distinctive brand graphics identify Questline LLC and its work. No right is granted to use them in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, source, or authorization. This statement does not claim registered-trademark status for any mark that has not been registered.

8. Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe material on the website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email info@questlinellc.com with the subject Copyright Concern. Identify the protected work, the specific Questline page or material at issue, your contact information, the basis for your claim, and the action you request.

Questline may request enough information to verify the claim and your authority, temporarily limit access while reviewing it, contact the person who supplied the material, or remove material when appropriate. Knowingly submitting a materially false claim may have legal consequences.
